Panto & Pantos Glasses

Panto glasses — the round frame with a flattened top. Panto (also written pantos) is a frame shape from the 1930s: a round-to-oval lens with a slightly flatter top edge. That flat top is what separates a panto from a plain circular frame — it gives the shape a straighter brow line, so it reads as classic rather than costume, and it sits well on angular and oval faces.

Our panto frames come in acetate and metal, from €9, as prescription eyeglasses or as panto sunglasses, with blue-light, photochromic and anti-reflective lens options. Product pages list lens width, bridge width, temple length and total frame width in millimetres, so you can check a pair against glasses you already own before ordering. Vintage panto styling in a current fit — at Lensdy’s transparent prices, with free shipping over €59 and 14-day returns.
